A fertility doll or child figure from the Ntwana people of South Africa's Limpopo province. This was made by an elderly Ntwana women for the time of her daughters initiation into womanhood. Field collected in 2015 by Bruce Goodall. Please note, this is a hand-crafted item and some variations from the photographed image may differ slightly from the item you receive, including approximate height and colour/ shape detail.
